ROS Software Engineer

We’re expanding and looking for a talented software engineer with advanced knowledge on
Linux and ROS to join our R&D team.

Job Description

● Develop advanced control methods for autonomous robots using ROS
● Physics simulation optimization to comply results with real robots
● Design and implement tools to facilitate application development and testing
● Resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways
● Hardware/Software integration – Integrate robotics with associated peripherals,
controllers or other equipment.

Requirements

    • ● Engineering Degree in computer science / robotics / similar field
      ● Advanced Linux administration and ROS programming knowledge (mandatory)
      ● Knowledge of perception algorithms based on LIDAR / vision / depth sensors
      ● Solid knowledge of programming skills in C++ / Python
      ● Familiarity of robot physics simulation (ex: Gazebo), robot navigation, path
      planning, motion planning, indoor localization and SLAM
      ● Preference with familiarity of WEB development, front-end and back-end software frameworks
      ● Experience with realtime Linux and Microcontroler firmware development is a plus
